SellePack (“we”, “our”, “the Platform”) collects, uses, and stores personal data only as necessary to operate the wholesale fulfillment platform and to satisfy our legal and contractual obligations. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect from Wholesale Merchants and the buyers they ship to, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights available to data subjects.
Business registration information, beneficial owner information, contact details, payment-method metadata (tokenized — we do not store raw PANs), wallet ledger entries, shipment metadata, declared values, smart-service selections, and audit logs.
Buyer name, shipping address, email, phone number, and tracking events. Buyer data is processed only to complete the shipment and any opt-in notification or verification service selected by the Wholesale Merchant (e.g., SelleSend, SelleVerify).
To generate labels, route shipments, screen for fraud, send branded buyer notifications, reconcile carrier surcharges, prepare financial and insurance reconciliation reports, and respond to lawful requests from regulators.
Stripe (payments), NMI / Companeze (payments / gateway), EasyPost / Webship / Easyship (shipping aggregators), IPQS / MaxMind / Hunter.io / Google Places (fraud verification), Twilio (SMS / WhatsApp), SendGrid (email), and third-party insurance underwriters. Each operates under its own privacy program.
Shipment, billing, and audit records are retained for the longer of seven (7) years or the period required by applicable AML / tax regulation.
The Platform uses functional cookies and limited analytics to operate the dashboard. No third-party advertising cookies are placed on the Platform.
EU / UK / California data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of their personal data by emailing privacy@sellepack.com. Wholesale Merchants are the controllers of buyer data; we act as processor.
Data may be processed in the United States and in any country where our third-party processors operate. Where required, transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, tokenized payment storage, role-based access control, and immutable audit logging.
