The SellePack wholesale platform provides software, payment connectivity, shipping, verification, and business infrastructure solutions for independent Wholesale Merchants and businesses. Wholesale Merchants maintain their own direct relationships with payment processors, gateways, financial institutions, and service providers. We do not act as a bank, money transmitter, payment facilitator, escrow company, or financial institution. We do not aggregate, pool, hold, or transfer customer funds on behalf of Wholesale Merchants. All payment processing, settlement, underwriting, and merchant account approvals are performed by licensed third-party financial institutions and payment providers subject to their own compliance and underwriting requirements.
Card processing and gateway services are provided by Stripe, Inc. and NMI / Companeze, or by another merchant processor of the Wholesale Merchant’s choice. SellePack does not act as the merchant of record and does not settle card funds into any pooled account. The Wholesale Merchant remains the merchant of record on all transactions originated through its own gateway credentials.
The Platform prohibits use of its services in connection with: (i) unlicensed money transmission; (ii) sale of firearms, controlled substances, or hazardous materials in violation of law; (iii) sale of counterfeit goods; (iv) transactions involving sanctioned parties under OFAC, EU, UK, or UN sanctions; (v) fraud, deceptive practices, or pyramid schemes; or (vi) any activity expressly prohibited under the Platform’s Acceptable Use Policy.
Certain industries (luxury resale, precious metals, electronics resale, collectibles, and items with declared values in excess of $15,000) are subject to enhanced review. Activation in these categories requires additional documentation including supplier invoices, chain-of-custody records, and, where applicable, authenticity certifications.
All wholesale accounts are subject to AML monitoring proportionate to volume and risk. Premium customers receive an AML compliance program and transaction-level monitoring. Suspicious activity is reported to the appropriate licensed financial institution and regulator in accordance with applicable law.
The Platform processes Wholesale Merchant data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Personal data of buyers transmitted through the Platform is processed only for the purpose of completing the shipment, verification, or notification requested by the Wholesale Merchant.
Wallet balances reflect operating balances of the Wholesale Merchant against future Platform charges. The Platform does not hold funds on behalf of third parties, does not provide deposit accounts, and does not provide escrow services. The term “Secure Funds Hold” refers exclusively to the internal accounting reservation of wallet balance against pending operations.
